eQSO for PMR446 abandoned

Please note

eQSO for PMR Radio will no longer be developed.
The PMR Radio version 2.50 was the last.
Also the support and server registration is completed.

But please accept the licence agreement of the author Paul Davies.
He has done a good job and let us use his free software.
So be so kind and do not hack his work and use only the official
software from PMR-Radio.net or from eQSO.org.

There are several official versions in different languages.
Please download eQSO for PMR Radio only from this webside.

Autorun for PMR Radio Gateway

In the actual compiled version of PMR Radio from 7th June 2010, there is included an autorun file to start the eQSO Gateway automaticly after starting Windows.
If you put a link to "Autorun-Gateway.exe" into the Autorun folder of Windows,
the eQSO Gateway will start with the booting of Windows.

No Virus!
By installing the client version some virus scanner have been warned for a virus. This wasn't a virus, but only a sequence of the compressed file has the same bytes like a trojan virus. Now we have compressed the file in a different way and there shouldn't be any warning again.

Please download only from this webpage. The actual compiled version is from 7.6.2010.

New System for Conversation like CB Radio

German program only as virtual 22 channel CB Radio without any real Gatways and RF.
This program will be just developed and in future it will get 40 channels.
You can get it for free by clicking on the picture. Use channel 4 only for calling CQ.

HamSphere as virtual Transceiver for HAM Radio

This is a virtual shortwave tranceiver that works in Windows, Linux or Mac or any other Java driven system.
HamSphere can be used by both licensed (Ham Radio) and unlicensed radio enthusiasts.
You will be able to work virtual Ham radio bands from 6 to 160 meters including the 11 meter DX band.
But it is not free, you should pay 21 Euro per year. You can get it by clicking on the picture.

New: Client version 2.50 for Brazil available

eQSO Education Server

The special international Education Server for Kids is available. It is password protected and therefore not accessible to everyone. The server is open for all international groups concerned with education and learning. Special rooms can be established.

The access data are not public and only by institutions for education like schools, kindergartens and youth groups available to misuse. The password is available on request after verification of the institution.

Inquiries should be addressed to 'kids(at)pmr-radio.net'. The access data will be sent by mail. Also changed passwords can be sent by mail.

The Main Server ' eqso.pmr-radio.net ' now uses a Virtual Windows Server in England

For our new services ' xLink ' and ' xTest ' we need a Virtual Linux Server. If somebody has an unused server or enough space on his server to place some services, please mail to eqso-admin(at)eqso.org. We only need a seperate account to administrate the services.

4. Use the previous versions of the Product. After the update all copies of the previous versions must be not be redistributed.

This License is the entire agreement between us, and may not be changed except by authorization from the eQSO organization.
